Orders cancelled before processing begins may be eligible for a refund (subject to administrative fees).
Orders cancelled after processing has started are not refundable.
If your documents are rejected due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., discrepancies in your paperwork), we are not liable for refund of service charges.
